A one-of-a-kind collation and analysis of the altered discourse within the Indian media on the issue of VAW.  This multimedia presentation foregrounds the significant changes in the kind of messages conveyed by audio-visual media—especially advertisements and public service announcements—following the rape and murder of Jyoti Singh (Nirbhaya) in 2012, the episode that eventually led to the path-breaking Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2013 and Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace in India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
