WISCOMP works with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across India to foreground gender justice on campuses by facilitating gender-just norms and practices through participatory processes. Trainings for Gender Audits at colleges and universities are the fulcrum of this work.
WISCOMP initiates dialogues on issues of gender inequality, discrimination and exclusion that are embedded in the policies, processes and practices of HEIs, and builds the capacities of women, men and trans persons in higher education to push the envelope of gender justice on campuses.
