Abstract
As part of its attempt to bring voices from Ladakh into the discourse and activities under the auspices of the Athwaas-Samanbal initiative in Jammu and Kashmir, a Samanbal was set up in Leh in July 2008. A two day workshop on Gender, Violence and Human Rights was organized by WISCOMP on September 6-7, 2009 for the samanbal members. This report documents the proceedings of the workshop.
